The mistakes that Men do

Earlier I had mentioned that I had made a mistake in choosing the software Industry for earning my daily bread. But this does not mean that Software Industry is all that Bad. The only thing is that one has to do sufficient amount of Background work before Jumping into this.

Point Number 1: Be sure of what you are, because its not a world where everything is always pretty and fair. At any point of time you may come under the Hot seat and moreover there are too many people to surge infront of you. When you are sure of yourself, then you will stop bothering about all those petty matters

Point Number 2: All you need to have is good conceptual understanding about the different techniques used. The knowledge from experience can never be replaced and this is your biggest drawback when you step in at first. But the conceptual understanding ensures a firm foothold from where you can slowly start climbing up.

Point Number 3: Always make sure you are having a cordial relation with all those who are around you. Because only they will be with you in your difficult times. Even if most people are bound to be selfish, humanity still exists in this world.


Once you start working you will slowly understand the little nuances required for efficient performance.Day by Day you will learn several new things in your work. Make sure you have a documented version on your learnings.I know its a bit hard to be up to date on all these but try to be that as far as possible. These will certainly help you in future.


Much like every other profession, there are associated hardships in this also. The only difference is that as you move ahead in ranks over here, the monetary factor is much more than in any others.May be thats why every one are being attracted to it.The only defect that I found in this is that it robs a huge chunk from one's life. The only remedy to that would be to concentrate on ones own work and try to complete it as fast as possible and engage in much less external activities. But the problem with that is we tend to forget all these hardships expecting that it may create a good impression about us among our superiors.But how true is this?

Yes, it is true that our superiors may give as a very good rating if we are working like this. But dont forget that One Issue or Mistake from our side will erase all those Chubby and Sweet Images that they have in their mind for us. Because Happy memories are very much short living and No one really forgets Nightmares that easily.

Enjoy every moment of your work.Make it a Celeberation.Else you will repent about it later
